The following guarantee applies to the original buyers only. If any dog is bred before its first birthday, it is not guaranteed for any genetic defect. All x-ray, diagnostic, evaluation and veterinarian expenses are at your expense, unless otherwise noted.
Puppy is guaranteed to be purebred, registered with the AKC, and the pedigree is correct to the best of our knowledge.
HIP DYSPLASIA
Puppy can be x-rayed at twenty four (24) months of age and, if your veterinarian suspects a problem, the x-ray must be verified by the OFA (Orthopedic Foundation for Animals) as to the condition of the hips. If the OFA states that this pup/dog will not pass certification at age of 24 months, we will replace the pup/dog with a pup/dog of equal value as soon as one is available. NO MONIES WILL BE REFUNDED.
EYE DISORDERS
If you suspect an eye disorder, then you must have the dog examined by a Board Certified Ophthalmologist. If the diagnosis is a Retinal Eye Dysplasia or any other inherited eye disorder, the pup/dog will be replaced by a pup/dog of equal value as soon as one is available. NO MONIES WILL BE REFUNDED.
REPLACEMENT PROCEURES
If a dog is found to be unsuitable due to a genetic defect, the animal must be destroyed by your veterinarian and this verified with a letter from your veterinarian. The veterinarian fees and shipping costs are your responsibility.
DISCLAIMER
These guarantees are dependent upon demonstration that the puppy has received adequate care and nutrition. Abuse, neglect or trauma in any way that affects the development or well being of the puppy/dog will void these guarantees.
